Our concept revolves around the Neapolitan pizza cooked in a special mosaic oven which will be the central object of the restaurant. The pizzas will be prepared in front of customers who can sit at the counter to see the "show" and eat. We will also offer pizzas in portafoglio, that is to say in the portfolio, folded in four, ready to be eaten on the go. On the menu therefore, pizzas on site or to take away, well sourced Italian products (Burrata, cold cuts, octopus salad, gnoccis with pesto) and food / cocktail pairings.
